In this list I have included about 40 sites where I submit my free themes and templates, So if you’ve a theme you want to publish or just searching for a free cool theme, you could really use this list, I have listed Forums, sites that offer free wordpress themes and sites that offer free templates for other scripts too. I didn’t include the official scripts sites because they are obvious places to search in, The sites in this list is where most of the designers will publish there free stuff on.
